I figured out the actual answer. So from that recently updated page, click on the podcast you want to remove. Once you are on that podcast, click the three dots for settings (.) and select remove from library. It’s been driving me crazy too. For the record, I’m not deleting JRE. Was just an example.
Is there a way to get my 'Recently Played Artists' list on my profile to update more often? Mine updates, but seems to take days. I e-mailed spotify about it, they said to delete the app, then reinstall. It seems to take several days if not more, for the artists i listen to, to appear.
